About Cora

        Cora Taylor was born in Omaha, NE. Her interest in photography started in high school  when a friend showed her the magic of the photography darkroom.

After  high school Cora had the opportunity to work in one of Omaha's professional photography labs. Throughout Cora's photography career, she has participated in many art fairs and solo shows.

Cora's art photography started with a technique using Polaroid SX70 film. The  technique  involved exposing the film and then hand manipulating the photographic dyes within the  film before they hardened. Polaroid stopped making this film because there was no longer a demand for it. Cora is now using a combination of different software techniques to create a similar photograph.
